Default City Ruin Terrain

This is a bit of terrain on which I was working before I realized a total redesign of the layout and mechanics was necessary. I've decided to release it to the public for whatever use or value it has.

Like most of my terrain, this contains many, many details; StarCraft 2 allows this detailing on a scale to which WC3 cannot compare. Yet it is still incomplete; I didn't do much work on the Dominion base, generate foliage for the park, place streetlights, or implement any custom lighting. My current project will use the same ideas and aesthetics contained in this map, but I decided to start from scratch rather than try to modify what I felt was already pleasing in its own right.

Terrain is capable of providing a narrative to play the setting in the story upon it. I hope you enjoy.

EDIT: I also included an attack on the infestor which infests a number of structures; it's neat and I didn't feel like removing it.

I hope you're not referring to that generate foliage tool!

Looks pretty nice, very detailed. Depending on how big you're new city is going to be you might want to get some different height levels in there.

Of course, I'd have varying cliff levels, but it didn't fit with the district; that district is full of office buildings, and I imagine a commercial business district would have the kinds of structures built directly into the man-made edifices.

I wish the Korhal structures had more fine detail, as they don't look well when you get close to them.

It's in Terrain Objects, not Doodads. Terrain Objects can be found in the same set of tools as the terrain brushes, water, and foliage.
