Default Disable Healing

Is it possible to disable Medivac healing to certain units using triggers on the fly?

I'd say the easiest way to disable the healing is to make a require an upgrade and then use triggers to toggle that upgrade. It's what I did in wc3.

To add a requirement to something find the appropriate ability, then go to its Commands+ section and change the main ability requirements yourself.

For example to give a requirement to heal find Medivac unit. Click on Medivac and in your Object explorer find ability called Medivac - Heal, right click on Medivac - Heal and select View Linked Object.
Once you are in Medivac - Heal ability, go to Ability - Commands+. Once there you will see two commands Execute and cancel. Add some requirement to Execute and voila now your ability is disabled until the requirement is met. However this has the problem of leaving a disabled version of your ability.

Use validators instead. They are checked before an execution happens, much the reason the medivac healing stops when the unit is at full health (without that validator it could heal non stop, not that it would help at all).
