Default SC2 3d model importing/exporting

I don't have sc2 (yet), and I'm not active on other sc2 forums either, so I don't have a clue how the art-modding situation is at the moment for the game. I know I could google it, but I'm lazy, and besides, this forum does need a sticky thread or something like that with info on this.

So, are there any plug-ins for 3ds max, blender, milkshape or some other 3d modeling program yet? Are models still in the mdx format, like in the good old wc3 days? And what about those mpq files? Yeah, I pretty much know nothing about sc2 modding.

The only exporter i know of so far is this one ; and as you can see it's not the perfect one but it does the job and works like a charm. Blizzard is using their .m3 format for models and .dds for textures.

I e-mailed Blizzard about them releasing their own exporter. By the replay i got from them it seems they never planned on releasing theirs to the public as he suggested i posted on their forum about getting the tool to the public. By the gods we can only wish that Blizzard releases their tool in a couple of months. But on the other hand they might want to release the tool in secret so that might also be why he did not say anything and directed me to their forum.
Pipe and Vent for everyone!
